Howard Store is proud to provide FREE Ground Shipping with all transactions to the continental United States. International shipping is available with through the Global Shipping Program. At this time, we are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes or APO addresses.

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved BEFORE returning an item. Ask us for approval process.

Return Policy

Unopened software, accessories, peripherals, parts only and/or hardware may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date on the invoice for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid. We do not accept returns of opened items unless the item is defective or if we made an error in the shipment. Any shipment damage, or item shortange must be reported to Howard Store within five (5) calendar days of delivery for the item to be eligible for return or replacement.

International Customer Returns

If you are an International or APO/FPO customer outside the domestic delivery area, the standard Return and Refund Policy applies with the exception that you are responsible for shipping the product back to a state-side return address, plus handling, customs, and inventory liability. We recommend that you use shipping insurance when returning your item in case of loss or damage during shipment.
