This is a vintage American Character Toodles doll.  She is 22" tall.  She drinks wets and is supposed to cry, but crier does not work.  She has rooted hair.  She has a beautiful complexion, nice rosey cheeks.   She is jointed and all her joints work.  She has an old tag on her wrist - that reads "22" Am. Character Toodles MIB A/O $350.00".   I did not find a box that went with her, I just bought an estate that had lots of dolls and I will be listing them in the coming days/ weeks.  So, I am assuming this is her original outfit, it is in very good condition, a little fading from age and dust.   She is really in great condition, definitely displayed only, not played with, could use a very light dusting / bath.   Check out my other items!  I do combine shipping on multiple purchases.   Buyer pays shipping cost.  I do accept Paypal.
