When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. We will despatch your order quickly, usually the same day providing your order arrives before the post goes!! All orders will be sent by First Class Signed For Service, International Signed For service or by Carrier and must be signed for. We realise this is more expensive but the parcel will arrive more quickly and is tracked. We despatch Monday to Thursday. Any orders received over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. We do not have retail facilities and therefore do not allow collection of any items purchased.
