Some of the products we offer were previously available for sale in a retail store and may have been handled by their customers. In addition, since they are sent through a reverse supply chain (ex. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show signs of handling. All items are thoroughly inspected though, and all defects are noted in the listing. The majority of our items will have the original tag!
Please note that due to changes in computer monitors and lighting, the color may vary due to what is seen in the picture. For the best reference, please check the manufacture's tag color in the listing.
Shipping
We ship most items within 1 business day. We provide free shipping and tracking information on almost all domestic orders, and Customs Form numbers for tracking on all international orders.
Due to such variable international shipping costs, all international buyers must pay for shipping. Please use the drop down menu on the "shipping" tab and pick the country you are ordering from in order to calculate your cost. We always strive to find the lowest shipping cost on all international orders.
We also offer combined shipping rates for orders with multiple items. You can contact us though ebay regarding this, or you can simply request your total and we will automatically combine any shipping that can be combined. If you are unable to request a total because you have already received free shipping, your shipping will be automatically combined for you when we ship your items.
Returns
We accept all returns within 30 days of your receipt of the item. You may return for either money back or exchange, however we are unable to offer replacements on most items due to the nature of our supply.
Returns are handled easiest if you contact us first rather than open a return case. We are unable to allow any exchanges with an open return case.
We do take returns for items that do not fit, however it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any return shipping costs in that situation. If there is an error on our part, we will be happy to pay for you to return the item.

We hand measure all items, however in order to help find your perfect fit, use the size chart below to help you determine proper measurements for many of the brands and styles that we sell. If your measurements fall in between, we recommend that you order the next larger size. You may also refer to the actual brand website for their size chart.
Janelle's Unlimited stated measurements listed are within 2 inches including inseam, length and bust across. Due to manufacturer variations in materials, fabric and stretch content, we cannot be responsible if measurements are not exact.
