manufacturers warranty in addition to our 14 day returns policy. For a full
refund under the policy items must be returned unused in original undamaged
packaging with any included accessories. Customers are responsible for all logistical aspects of returns including shipping fees.
For warranty claims please contact us first with brief details of the problem. If items are returned without informing us in advance via eBay Message we reserve the right to deduct outgoing shipping costs from the refund total.
Please note that delivery charges for premium services like Express Delivery or International Delivery are not refundable. 14 day returns policy applies to UK and Ireland only. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- We will endeavour to dispatch your purchase SAME
DAY if purchased by 2 p.m. (UK only). This is a complimentary weekday service which is not guaranteed and does
not apply on weekends or bank holidays. Items purchased after 2 p.m. will be
dispatched the next working day.
- Free UK delivery, where offered, applies to standard
delivery service only. Express and International delivery, where available,
may incur an additional charge and may require a signature upon delivery.
- We can not accept responsibility for delivery times. Delivery times are provided by eBay, not by our carriers or ourselves. These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Please refer to the Postage/Shipping details at the
top of the listing for full details and pricing. If your order is urgent we suggest the express service where offered on the listing.
- IMPORTANT: We do not accept orders for schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, hotels and other such business addresses where you may not be able to sign for a delivery personally. This also applies to flats and apartment blocks.
- Orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes and parcel drop-off points such as ParcelShops and stores, Parcel Lockers are also not accepted. The only exception is Click and Collect at Argos, where offered on the listing, as long as this service is supported by eBay. This service is not available for all items.

Airtime credit
There is NO credit on the sim cards unless otherwise stated in the main description. If eBay's Item specifics states otherwise please disregard, this is a recurring eBay error.
Sim expiry date
Expiry dates, where shown on the sim or the pack, are for trade use and indicate the last date that we can dispatch the sim cards, rather like a sell-by date.
Your sim card will be valid for at least 2 months after the date shown and as long as the sim is topped up with airtime credit within that time, the sim will then remain valid indefinitely as long as it is used at least once every six months and the network still provide a valid service.
However we recommend you top up your sim card as soon as possible after receipt as tariffs can be changed by the networks without warning. Ideally we recommend that you use it every month, if you only make one call or send one text message.
Once inserted, you should not remove the sim from the phone unless absolutely necessary, e.g. when you replace the phone.
Feedback
Please be aware that we do not leave feedback for sim card auctions under any circumstances to help prevent feedback touting. Do not bid unless you intend to use the sim card(s) as intended by the operator.
Please do not send messages asking for feedback as you will not get a reply. Remember feedback is entirely voluntary and primarily designed to evaluate seller performance.
If you have a problem with your order or delivery please contact us before leaving feedback. We will always do our very best to resolve the situation amicably and to your satisfaction.
Tariffs
Where stated, tariffs are correct at time of listing but subject to change without notice. The latest tariffs are always available from the network's website. Tariff details are in the pack supplied. If you are not sure which tariff is suitable for you just ask, we are always ready and willing to help and advise.
Network
All sim cards are for UK networks unless stated otherwise in the main description. If a nano sim is listed the network will exchange it for a standard or micro sim free of charge. If you are not sure which sim card you require just drop us a message with your phone model and we will advise you accordingly.
Refunds
Because we cannot physically check if a number has been transferred post-sale we can not accept returns for 'Gold number' sim cards.
Transferring to another network
Ofcom own the numbers shown and you MUST be given a PAC code when you ask for one, or within 24 hours of requesting one. While generally the network will give you the PAC code there and then, a very few customers have been told they must top up by £10 first.
Ofcom's unofficial stance seems to be that networks are entitled to cover themselves for any consequential costs involved in providing you with the PAC code and thus losing the number to another network.
However there seems to be no hard and fast rule on this. In our experience it is relatively rare for the network to ask you to top up the sim card. Our advice: If an operator asks you to top up before giving you the PAC code, hang up and redial so that you get another operator who is unlikely to do the same.
