International buyers

• We ship to worldwide!   $11.99 Flat Rate shipping to all countries regardless of quantity, no matter it's 1 pieces or 100 pieces.

• For packages of such small size, most countries usually do not charge importing tax. However, in case there is any in importing tax, Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Q: How come the item I have received is smaller than what is shown in the picture?

• A:  We enlarged picture for our jewelry, customer can have a better view on the jewelry design and stone shape, and pattern. We do provide size and weight for all our jewelry please read it carefully.

Q: Why is the stone color little different from the picture?

• A: All jewelry photos are taken by professional photographers. They use many photo equipments, like Flash, Day Light and etc. Some of the stone color might have effected a little. (Example: An amethyst stone is dark purple color, under the flash and lights it might affect the color a little and it shows little light purple instead of dark purple.) If you bring the jewelry outside under the sunshine you will see the same piece showing under the day light.

Q: What are the delivery times?

• A: Delivery time within the U.S is usually just 2-5 days however in rare cases it could take 7-15 days. Delivery time for international orders is about 8-15 days in most cases, and in rare cases could be up to 3-5 weeks or more sometime during the heavy traffic. Canadian and International order are subject to search by local customs authorities which can delay delivery by several weeks.

Q: Am I responsible for international duties and custom fees?

• A: For International Orders, we are not responsible for any FEEs that your country have charge you, example like Duty Taxes, Postal Delivery Fee, or some other fees that your country had apply.

Q: What happen if i receive item was damaged?

• A: Please contact us right away, our customer service will give you a RMA# for you to return it. After when we receive the item we will repair it and send it back to you, if item is not repairable we will offer option of store credit or full refund.
