Initially we recommend that you charge your battery at least overnight, or for at least 10 hours. You may then find that you need to charge it 3 or 4 times before it reaches it's full potential.
However if you are still having problems then PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST FOR HELP AND ADVICE. If a battery is found to be faulty you will NOT be expected to pay return postage.
