I combine shipping on multiple items won within 7 days as long as items are paid for together in one transaction. The heaviest items shipping is charged first and then it is $2.00 for each additional item.(USA & CA only!) International combined shipping will vary depending on the items weights.
All items are shipped through the USPS. Items shipping to a US address are sent via either First Class, Priority, or Express mail. You pick during checkout which method you would like. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping cost.
Items shipping to addresses outside the USA are shipped via first class airmail. Delivery confirmation is unavailable for items shipping outside the USA.
All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received except on weekends. An email will be sent to you once your item has shipped and will include the delivery confirmation number(USA only). You can now also find your tracking number in your Won auctions section of your Ebay account as Ebay is now attaching the tracking numbers directly to the won auction. You can expect to receive your item approx. 3-5 business days after the item has shipped for USA shipments. For international shipments it should not take any more than 2 weeks to receive your order but keep in mind that with customs it could take longer especially during the holidays. Please understand that transit times are only an estimate.
I accept returns. Please note that if you are returning an item it must come back to me in the same condition that it was received in. If the item had the retail tags attached when received it must be sent back with the retail tags still attached. I can not accept the item back if they have been removed. When returning an item you are responsible for the return shipping and if requesting a refund instead of an exchange I can not refund back to you the original shipping costs. In the case of an exchange you would be responsible for the return shipping to me and the shipping to send the exchanged item back to you.
If there is a problem with an item please contact me before leaving feedback. I am more than happy to fix a problem if I know about it but there is nothing that I can do if I am not contacted. Mistakes are bound to happen occasionally as I sell thousands of items a year on eBay. I am one person, not a big corporation and I do everything from listing to answering emails and shipping, all by myself.
