HOW TO MEASURE: 
Lying the garment completely flat on the floor, the first measurement refers to the chest width and is measured from armpit to armpit across the chest.  The second measurement refers to the length and is measured from where the shoulder meets the collar to the bottom of the front of the garment.  The last measurement refers to sleeve length and is measured from the armpit to the bottom of the cuff.
