PAYMENTS

Please make all payments via paypal

We do also accept cheques and postal orders

but please note we will not dispatch any items untill we have recieved a clear payment

If your item has not been paid for within 3 days of buying / winning any item an unpaid item dispute will be opened through ebay

(unless agreed with us before hand )

POSTAGE

We aim to post all items within 1-2 working days of recieving a clear payment

We offer all ranges of postage from 1st class , 2nd class , signed for recorded , special delivery , courier , or collection

if you want added security and traking number for items sent its always best to choose signed for or special delivery

We post 6 days a week (excluding sundays and bank holidays)

POSTAGE DISCOUNTS

If we can combine shipping / postage on items bought at the same time for you we will on

all items small / large / light or heavy

lots of items bought at the same time can really bring the postage costs down for you

please feel free to ask for combined postage costs before hand if you like

over 95% of the items we sell are free uk postage anyway

(example of combined postage on lots of heavy items i can post a 30kg parcel for £9.99 uk price depending on size etc)

so if you was looking at a few heavy items this would be a huge saving for you.

Please just ask me to combine before you pay

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item/s

please contact me before leaving any feedback to see if there is anything we can do.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days on all items (unless stated in listing)

Items that are returned to me have to be sealed and returned in the condition they were sent in any items returned to me where the item seal has been opened or tags removed etc will not be refunded

Please also note

Any items that go missing in the post (this does not normally happen but just in case)

there is nothing that can be done untill 15 working days after the postage date of the item this is royal mails policy.

They do not class a item as missing until that time has passed.

After 15 days have passed if the item has still not been recieved we will start the claim procedure with royal mail of whoever the item has been sent by

like i say this does not normally happen

we do keep all proof of postage for 1 year
