Shipping

If you purchase any item before 1pm from Monday to Friday we will professionally package the item and dispatch it the same day. The majority of our items will be sent via Royal Mail however we sometimes we use other couriers for larger heavier items. Orders are not processed at weekends or public holidays.
We do not allow collection of items we are an online store only.

Returns

Returns should be sent back to our returns address within up to 30 days of receiving the goods. The buyer will be responsible for the return P&P cost.

However if the item is damaged or faulty the seller will reimburse the buyer for the cost of the return P&P unless a previous agreement has already been made.

If the item is not returned in its original sale condition & in its original packaging we reserve the right to keep up to 50% of the original cost of the item for re-packaging etc.

All returns are subject to the Term's & Conditions of the distance selling laws.
