LOST & DELAYED ITEMS Items are only classed as lost after the 15th working day by Royal Mail except when Special Delivery Postage is used. We will not replace or refund until the 15th working day under any circumstances. For internationally posted items, these are only classed as missing after 30 working days after due date, we will not refund or replace until this time as it could still arrive. Normal airmail, sent on certificate of posting at buyers risk. International signed-for or Airsure will be fully insured for loss or damage. All International orders must clear customs and the buyer is always responsible for any duty and fees charged by their countries customs.
