This full cut round cut blue sapphire gem is 8mm in diameter. This ring also sits 7mm off the finger. The inside of the band is marked 925 for sterling. Notice the beautiful leaf design of the
silver filigree setting and etched band. This is a lovely rendition of an Antique filigree ring; and it is
