The skis will have scratches in the top sheet and there may be some scratches or nicks on the bindings. All chips will be repaired on the top sheet, the edges will be sharpened and the bases will be sanded smooth waxed prior to shipment. Generally, our "Gold" skis will have the least amount of "wear and tear" on them and will have the longest useful life. Please see our Ski Evaluation Guide for details.

 RETURN POLICY You may return any product for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange within 30 days (14 days to contact us for a RA# and 14 days to send it back), provided the product has not been used by you. You must contact us for a RMA number at 509-663-5255, M-F 8:30 - 4:30 PST (Pacific Standard Time.) Due to the seasonality of our business, you must ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your product. Items shipped after the 14 days will be charged a 20% per week restocking fee.
