Any listing showing FREE shipping is for the continental 48 states in the USA only. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. For our Canadian Friends: We ship via UPS Standard or U.S.P.S. to Canada. Delivery time is a minimum of one to two weeks from the shipping date. UPS Standard will generally be 1 to 2 weeks faster than U.S.P.S. delivery. However, they do charge a brokerage fee of $10.00 for purchases of $199.99 or less. This is not included in our shipping/handling charges in the above calculator.  RETURN POLICY You may return any product for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange within 30 days (14 days to contact us for a RA# and 14 days to send it back), provided the product has not been used by you. You must contact us for a RMA number at 509-663-5255, M-F 8:30 - 4:30 PST (Pacific Standard Time.) Due to the seasonality of our business, you must ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your product. Items shipped after the 14 days will be charged a 20% per week restocking fee.
