Returns and Refunds
All our product have been checked and packaged in good condition before sending
out. Customer's satisfaction is our goal. If, for any reason, you are not fully
satisfied with the products and/or no receiving from us, please let us know and
we will take every step possible to ensure your total satisfaction. We will
gladly GIVE CREDIT OR MONEY BACK for items that have arrived damaged. You own
the right to get replacement item or refund.
* For replace item, please return the item with its original package to us.
* For refund, we only refund the payment for the item you bid, postage is not
included.
Feedback
• We use an automated eBay feedback response system. If you are happy with the
product, please leave positive feedback and the system will automatically leave
positive feedback for you.
• If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us
first to resolve. If you do leave negative or neutral feedback you waive your
rights for support regarding any problems with us and open yourself up for
possible retaliatory negative feedback.
• Please avoid making negative feedback remarks, contact us first if you have
any problems!

respond to messages within 48 hours, please bear with us as we are getting a lot
of messages everyday. If you do not receive a reply to your email within 5 days,
it means that we have not received your email or our reply has been filtered out
by your spam filters. If this happens, please check your spam/bulk/junk mail
folders or email us from a different email account.
