Additional Information

Brand new Passenger Platform kit by Heljan for use with 'HO' gauge layouts.  Contents are brand new and still sealed in their packaging as shown.  Packaging is likewise in 'as new' condition with its original cellophane wrapping still attached.  Box is slightly squashed through storage over the years but contents are believed to be unaffected.  One or two other minor wear and tear marks consistent with shelf wear only.  Sold as seen.

All items are sent by the cheapest method possible to pass savings on to the customer.  Please note the postage price includes packaging materials i.e. bubble wrap with cardboard protection, cellotape and jiffy bag/box.  This charge is fair and comparable, if not cheaper, to other sellers in this category.

Items are guaranteed to be dispatched within two working days of payment.  However, normally items are posted next day where possible.  If paying by cheque/postal order, this will be once the payment has cleared.  Please allow extra time after Bank Holidays and during the lead up to Christmas.

I am always willing to combine postage costs to keep prices down to a minimum if more than one item is purchased.  Just request an invoice once you have finished buying your items and I will endeavour to reply within 24 hours.

Payment must be made within 7 days of buying an item or an unpaid item claim will be made.  However, I am very flexible and if you wish to wait for other items to end (auction items only), please contact me in advance so I know your plans.

Returns Policy

If your item has not arrived after a reasonable time, please look at when it was dispatched to begin with.  I always obtain proof of postage and will make a claim to the Post Office for undelivered items.

Alternatively, if your item has turned up and you are disappointed, please contact me in the first instance!  Mistakes can happen and I will always try and resolve a problem quickly and fairly.  Please note I put the customer first at all times and pride myself on my positive feedback.
