Domestic shipping
- Free Shipping offers only apply to shipments within the
continental United States. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto
Rico, please call us at (207) 874-6630 for a shipping quote.
- We ship out Monday thru Friday via UPS and ship Monday thru Saturday with USPS. All shipments are sent No Signature Required. Please contact us if you need a signature. Fees may apply*
- We insure all of our packages!
- Most cases we will ship your item out the same day you buy or the next day. Some items take more time to pack and make sure all is safe and sound. Some items can take up to 4 days to pack well.
International shipping
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express from a number of countries. We also accept PayPal in "US dollars", and Bank-Wire transfers
- With payments from credit cards or bank transfers we require a small waiting period to insure that payment has been submitted to our bank account.
- Buyers are responsible for all government taxes and fees.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for your item to arrive. We are not responsible for packages that get caught up in customs, as we have no control over them.
- Due to ever changing shipping fee's please email us for shipping rates BEFORE buying!
Returns
- Before returning an item please call us at (207) 874-6630
- We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your item. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise discussed with the drum shop
- Buyer pays return shipping and if the auction had free shipping then that shipping fee will be deducted from the total returned amount.
- Other restocking fees may apply.
- We do NOT accept returns on used items or custom or special orders.
