By placing a bid or using the buy it now option you agree to all terms & conditions below.
1. item description - My offered items are shown with well detailed pictures. Size is represented with both inches and centimeters. I have put forth the effort to clearly represent each unique item I offer and I expect you spend the effort to know what you are buying.
2. payment - I accept payment in the form of paypal or direct payment upon local pickup or delivery. Payment is expected within on week from items end. Non payment will result in an open ebay case for me to recover my ebay fees and the item will be relisted.
3. Combined shipping - Yes, I combine multiple purchased items in shipping. I f you have not yet received a combined invoice for multiple purchased items please request one before you make multiple payments.
4. shipping - Items shipped will be well padded and shipped in padded packets for first class mail. Priority mail will be shipped in box form unless otherwise offered in shipping options. Again if you purchase multiple items ask for a invoice to have me send on shipping cost based on weight to save money. Tracking information is included for all items.
5. international shipping - Canadian buyers only. No other shipping locations available at this time.
6. Communication- Questions about an items should be made before you commit to purchase. ebay messaging is the best way to contact me for any reason. Just click ask seller a question.
7. Feedback / ratings - Leaving feedback and star ratings are the final part of a transaction and should reflect if the seller fulfilled the item as promised. Feedback should never ever be a way to communicate a problem. Doing so with negative or neutral feedback before before using conventional communication methods is a violation of our sales contract.
8. problems / issues - If you have a problem or issue with your order please contact me through ebay messaging or directly through my hotmail account sharpandpointyfossils. I will respond as quickly as possible.
9. Returns refunds. - All returns must be as complete as when they were shipped to you. Must be requested within 2 weeks from time shipped. Shipping cost to and from is non refundable. Lots must be returned complete or refund will be voided and ebay and the proper authorities will be alerted for fraud. Returning item(s) due to change of mind or buyer mistake comes with a 20% restock fee that will be deducted from the refund.
Legal - By committing to buy this listing you agree to the numbered conditions above as our sales contract. I offer exact items and want a smooth transaction. Attempts to abuse / misuse ebay or paypal to fraudulently get a refund, use of unreasonable or malicious neutral or negative feedback, or attempts to engage in criminal activity are in breach of contract. I hold the right to prosecute breach of contract in a court of law of my choosing. Buyers breaching this contract agree to pay a minimum of $5000 plus court and filing fees. Please never ever make me use this part of this contract. I only want a fair honest transaction for us both.
