You should be able to determine all the technical information you need from photo number 2, which is the backside of the package.  Although this is in Pfanstiehl packaging it was manufactured by Empire Scientific as is printed on the package.  Please be aware that the packaging can show some wear, as they were in stock in their little needle storage drawers for decades, and were handled and flipped through while in store stock.
