Offered in this sale is a hand thrown vintage studio pottery - stoneware - vase decorated with a thick matte like drip glaze on the exterior and a gloss brown glaze on the interior. I have no idea who made this however it does have and inscribed mark on the underside of the base that reads I F. It measures roughly 5" tall x 4" in diameter at its widest and weighs 1.5 pounds. This piece comes from a 50+ piece estate collection of vintage, mostly American, studio pottery and stoneware dating from the 1920s - 1980s that I will be listing for sale individually on Ebay over the next two weeks or so. The collection includes a number of pieces of North Carolina and Midwestern studio pottery from a number of small limited production pottery studios. If you are interested in more than one item I do offer combined shipping which does save on postage. The condition of the vase offered in this sale is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines or restoration. Please be sure to enlarge and zoom each image for a close up view of the detail and condition.
