Offered in this sale is a hand thrown vintage studio pottery - stoneware - vase decorated with a thick matte like drip glaze on the exterior and a gloss brown glaze on the interior. I have no idea who made this however it does have and inscribed mark on the underside of the base that reads I F. It measures roughly 5" tall x 4" in diameter at its widest and weighs 1.5 pounds. This piece comes from a 50+ piece estate collection of vintage, mostly American, studio pottery and stoneware dating from the 1920s - 1980s that I will be listing for sale individually on Ebay over the next two weeks or so. The collection includes a number of pieces of North Carolina and Midwestern studio pottery from a number of small limited production pottery studios.
