We do our best at dispatching same day, but once in the postal system delays are out of our control, the above typical shipping time can be affected but US Shipping, Your Countries Postal and Customs departments (Nothing we can control)

When exporting product outside the USA we put the value of the items/product on the customs paperwork. Please do not ask us to reduce the value or mark the item as a gift as the law states we must mark the item with the true sales value (please respect this).

We do offer a returns policy as per listing details, please review before buying.

Items returned incorrectly from buyers or just not suitable may have the original shipping cost we paid deducted from the refund (Hope you understand)
