Returns

We work very hard to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. We strive to accurately describe our equipment and provide actual pictures of the item(s) to fully represent the condition of the item(s) you purchase. If you feel that the item you purchased was not in the condition described, please contact us with 14 days of receipt.

To return an item it must bin in the same condition as when delivered. 14 days after receipt of the item the sale is considered to be complete. If you need to make a return, you MUST contact us within 14 days of receipt. We also offer a 30 day play guarantee policy in which you have the option to return an item between 15 and 30 days of receipt. If you return the item during this period, you will receive a refund of 75% of your original purchase price of the item(s).

Unused new products or mint products returned within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full purchase price refund. Unused new products or mint products returned after the 14 day trial period, but within 30 days will receive a refund of 75% of the original purchase price of the item(s).

Any new products or mint products that have been used or are not returned in their original packaging and/or condition will receive a refund of 75% of the original purchase price of the item(s), regardless of the time frame in which they are returned.

Some of our products include a shipping label for trade-ins to be shipped back to 2nd Swing. These labels SHOULD NOT be used for returns. IF this label is used to return a product without return authorization from 2nd Swing, the buyer will be charged for the shipping costs associtated with that return label. The cost of this return label will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
