This card was removed from a decommissioned Dell Descktop PC, but is no different to the standard SB0460 ExtremeMusic.

Drivers for windows 10, and all previous windows operating systems, are available free from the Creative website, together with additional software. This card  has the 35 Pin port for the ribbon cable, to connect to the Internal 5" bay Console  (SB0250), which then provides the opportunity to purchase a remote control (RM-1800) , which then gives Optical In/Out, Coax In/Out, Microphone, and MIDI In/Out.

If you have a recent motherboard which no longer has a PCI slot, you can purchase a simple PCI Express to PCI converter cable, which you would need to place in a vacant slot on the back of your PC.
