3) DISC RESURFACING - All disc based games / CDs undergo resurfacing to ensure proper functionality upon arrival. We use the JFJ Double Arm Machine to do all of our disc resurfacing. Just google "JFJ Disc Repair" to get a better idea of what the machine's capabilities are. 

4) QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE - Each product goes through a rigorous 3 step process to ensure customer satisfaction. We test the products once we obtain it, before listing it on our store, and before sending it to our customer. If it fails any of our tests, it won't make it into our store or will be listed as "FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING". If it fails the inspection before the item is shipped out, our customer will be notified and issued a full refund. 

5) Neal?s Bargain Bin Fast Shipping Guarantee - If we don't ship the product within 3 business days (exactly 72 hours business hours, which does not include weekend hours) of receiving your funds, you will get 50% of your money back via Paypal, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! At Neal's Bargain Bin, we DO NOT MAKE money off shipping. However, in the case that you paid more for shipping than what we paid, you will receive the difference back in full.

6) Customer Satisfaction - We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. We work with our customers to make sure their experience with us is an enjoyable and memorable one.
