This Lp was released on the 3rd of December 1965 and stayed at the number 1 position for a total of 9 weeks from Christmas that year....What a pressie to unwrap!

It is the much RARER LOUD CUT version which was pulled shortly after it's release in 1965 and are now coming increasingly difficult to find in any condition.
There are some light marks to the vinyl,but after playing her all the way through I didn't find any jumps or skips-just RAW sound!
Lovely shine and weight.
FLAT as the day she was born.
SHE SOUNDS LOUD!
I have just listened to her all the way through and was happy with the audio reproduction, even with the background noise more evident to side 1, with side 2 being lovely and clear.

Now you don't see that very often!
STRANGELY: There is extra print inbetween the letters of NORWEGIAN WOOD...have a look-this shoul've been spotted by quality control and pull, before being shipped off.
Nice and clear on both sides.
Light spindle marks, visible when angled towards the light, so nothing bad at all.
Just minimal and light central hole wear.

Lovely shiny front cover...
VERY strong and clear and clean spine.
Strong corners, with barely any rubbing.
Ernest J.Day & Co. flipbacks in SOLID & CLEAN condition.
I can see a couple of very small crescents of spidering to the front laminate, near the opening. With just a few small fingers of spidering eminating from the seams...REALLY CLEAN....I am being very open and critical here!
Small date to the back top left corner: "January 1965"
Wonderful solid example-with just a few small spots of foxing, due to age-but don't we all?!?

It is the all ORIGINAL "USE EMITEX" with the tracing paper lining...in great shape too.
