If any item is lost or damaged in shipping I will help in any claim process. Please bear in mind that if item is shipped thru USPS and lost by them or your country's postal service, claims only cover the item, NOT the shipping. Don't ask me why they should be paid a fee for breaking or losing your item, but that's how they roll! So USPS claims ONLY cover the cost of the goods, I can only reimburse that amount. Conversely, if it is a Fedex claim they reimburse the shipping fee.
