This is a super cute plush of Squirtle!

This plush is new with tags but does have some paint loss from his eyes. He has never been played with or put on display!

He measures about 9 inches tall.

Condition: New with tags. Both of his eyes do show a bit of paint transfer and paint loss and his mouth stitch is a bit loose.
