This is a Kenwood YK-88SN filter that is for used in a variety of Kenwood products.  It requires solder to install it onto the circuit board.  Typically Kenwood will install a sideband filter in their equipment, but this can be too wide in tight band conditions.  Thus, this filter offers greater selectivity to improve reception using a 1800 KHz bandwidth.  Here is a list of known Kenwood equipment that can utilize this filter, but do not consider it to be complete as other equipment may also utilize it:
