This is a Kenwood YK-88CN optional 270 Hz filter that is for used in a variety of Kenwood products.  It requires solder to install it onto the circuit board.  Typically Kenwood will install a sideband filter in their equipment, but they have often considered CW to be optional and not installed this narrower CW filter.  Here is a list of known Kenwood equipment that can utilize this filter, but do not consider it to be complete as other equipment may also utilize it:
