This is a gorgeous dress from Japanese brand Axes Femme. It's black with a dot pattern and rose accents. It has a pretty bib with lace and a front mini bow. The fabric is very soft and comfy, and the waist and sleeves are elastic with lots of stretch. 

Although it is Japanese medium (Axes Femme brand clothes are basically free-size and intended to be worn a little looser for the style in Japan), it is about a size small/smaller-medium in American terms. The flat measurements are approximately:

17" bust

16~16.5" waist

31" length

It was only worn a couple times and treated very gently. I also only hand-washed it, so the condition is in great shape. It's a lovely dress for both dates or being comfy-cute in and also could make a nice gift for a fashion-loving cutie!
