Payment

• We collect sales tax of 8.25% for shipments to California.
• We require immediate payment upon checkout.
• Payment must be a confirmed PayPal payment

Returns

We will gladly refund your purchases if you are unhappy with your product within 30 days of your transaction. We only ask that you return your shoes in the same brand new condition that you received them. If the box has tape on it or is damaged a $10 fee will be deducted from the return.

You simply have to send the shoes back with the ebay returns program. To do so please go to your my ebay and then purchase history. Find your purchase and click on more actions then return this item. It will guide you through the return process.You would be responsible for the return shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt by our staff. If you would like to exchange your item, you would need to purchase the new item and send the original item back for a refund.
