RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you do not like the item for any reason, we ask that you simply return it in the same box that it arrived in. Once we receive the game we will test it prior to sending a full and complete refund. We need to test these games as a few bad apples in the past have swapped out the PCBs in the cart with less rare games. For example we received a PCB for Kung Fu with a return of Mega Man 5….yes, quite the difference in price and unfortunately why we have instituted this policy.

All GAME ONLY purchases are placed into a brand new bubble-wrap lined shipping envelope. Any multiple game purchase will be bubble wrapped and then shipped in a brand new shipping box complete with packing peanuts to ensure no damage during shipping. We do combine shipping on all games so please send us an invoice request prior to purchasing multiple items. This allows us to properly charge the customer for the exact weight of the merchandise as this is a pass-through cost for us. We do not make money off of our customers for shipping.
