Alternate version of the First Timer Bar. I had a special set of waterslide decals made just for this kit. Will include signs for a Chinese Restaurant + 2' of our famous deteriorated sidewalks (a $12.50 value) as well. This would look great jammed in between two buildings in a downtown scene.
