About the artist:
Yevgeniy V. Zolotsev is an emerging Salt Lake City artist born in Tambov City, Russia who studied art at Tambov Art College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1990. Galleries in St. Petersburg and in Germany represented him before his immigration to the United States in 1992.
Yevgeniy Zolotsev's work is inspired by his close communion with nature and is characterized by bold and aggressive compositions and starkly contrasted colors.
