Pearl Powder has long been by the Chinese as remedy to improve skin appearance and texture. Taking of this is actually forced by parents onto their children by putting this safe powder on the food and milk even of their infants. Pearl powder has also been the secret ingredient of most skin whitening products in the market.
There maybe other pearl whitening capsules out there in the market but this one is one of the best brands around at a very affordable cost. I'm so glad I tried it. Results vary but I have personally seen and felt initial results on the first week itself.
Personal Feedback:
I've been using this product for almost two weeks now but I've already noticed the improvement on my skin's texture in as early aS week 1. I've noticed that I've developed a more radiant skin. A couple of months prior to using this, I've developed some pimples on the sides of my face due to allergy which won't go away. I suffered from it for a couple of months because the doctor said that once the sebum is activated, it will take some time for the pimples to stop from coming out. After taking this product, I noticed that my pimples never reappeared. A friend who have tried this also noticed that the dark circles on her eyes have lightened.
Ingredients:
Pure Pearl Powder
Dosage:
2 capsules, twice a day preferably morning and before going to bed
To be taken with warm water or can be mixed with liquids
(I personally take it with tea or coffee as I'm not used to drinking plain warm water)
This powder may also be used as a face mask by pouring contents of the capsules and mixing it with beaten egg. Doing this twice a week together with oral administration may help speed up results

Usage and dosage for both pure and cosmetic grade pearl powder
External
After applying beauty creams on the face, the pearl powder can be directly placed on the skin and massage gently into the skin.
Freckles removing method: Mix a pinch of the pearl powder with white vinegar and vitamin E oil and apply it over the face. Leave on the skin for 20 minutes before washing it off. Do this 2-3 times a week.
Mix some pearl powder into the foundation powder and brush onto the face. This helps the foundation stays on the skin as well as nourish and whiten it.
Mix 0.3 g of the pearl powder with water and tap onto the face before sleep to nourish the skin as well as helps the skin to rest thoroughly.
Youthful masks
Oily skin - After washing the face, place a piece of warm towel over the face to enlarge the pores. Mix 1-2 g of pearl powder with beaten egg or/and honey. Apply mixture on skin and leave on skin for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
Dry skin - After washing the face, place a piece of warm towel over the face to enlarge the pores. Mix 1-2g of pearl powder with vitamin E. Apply mixture on skin and leave on skin for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
Normal skin - After washing the face, place a piece of warm towel over the face to enlarge the pores. Mix 1-2g of pearl powder with plain water. Apply mixture on skin and leave on skin for 20-30 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
Sore throat, throat infection and mouth ulcers - can be consumed to eliminate the heat as well as the toxins.
Burns, scalds, infections and wounds - As pearl powder has antiseptic property and it also encourages tissue growth, apply a small amount of the pearl powder at the affected site so as to accelerate healing with minimal scarring.
Internal
Standard dosage - 0.3g per dose, 2-3 times a day, half dose for infants. Warm water to wash down powder.
Beauty sleep dosage - 0.3g per dose, put the powder under the tongue for 4-5 minutes and wash down with warm water. Promotes good sleep as well as beautifies the skin.
To make a mask, you can mix one teaspoon pearl powder with enough olive oil to form a thin paste. Apply to clean, dry skin; then, after 10 minutes rinse off with warm water. Another option is a mix of pearl powder and milk and beaten egg, believed to have anti-aging effects. This pearl powder can also be used on its own, applying it on the face before sleep and removing it the next day. In TCM terminology, pearl powder has cooling, disinfectant and balancing properties. It keeps the skin cool and moist.
To protect the skin from darkening and to speed up the whitening process, always use sunblock cream or lotion on both face and body, especially on exposed parts. Use of sunblock agents is very important, especially while undergoing any whitening treatment because whitening products inhibit formation of melanin--the one that causes darkening of the skin, which conversely protects the skin from the harmful rays of the sun. Thus as our skin lightens, it gives lesser protection from the sun's UV rays. You can use any sunblock brand of your choice preferably 30 spf and above.
