We will take good care of you latpop and won't copy or distribute any of your data, we are serious on customer's privacy. However, we are not responsible for any data loss if you leave your drive in. Should you need assistance on removing the hard drive, please let us know.
When we return your laptop computer, we will insure your item and cover up to $200. In case you need to increase the insurance coverage, please let us know before we return the item and you should pay for the difference.
