DELIVERY/COLLECTION

Some of our listings offer FREE delivery (this is mainland England only). If shipping has not been quoted on your order then
please contact us for a price - you must provide a postcode and contact details for us to reply back to you regarding this.

You can collect any items from us Monday - Friday 8.00am until 5.00pm (Saturday until 4pm).

Upon placing an order you will receive an order and delivery confirmation where a date will be confirmed for your delivery. We will
adhere to this wherever possible.

If your order is coming via a courier you will also receive a tracking order number from the company and will be able to follow the
progress of your order through this. They will also leave a calling card if you are not available when they deliver which will provide
instructions of 'what to do next'.

Attempted/failed delivery may result in additional costs.

Larger orders may require a heavy/arctic vehicle. These deliveries are made to the kerbside or close to the property as access
will allow. It is the customers responsibility to ensure these are moved, the driver will assist wherever possible.

All discounted shipping quotes are shown in our postage and payment tab next to the item description.
