You are buying Pure Tongkat Ali EXTRACT 300 mg, 100 capsules, 1:200 potency. That means that this is nearly 4 times more potent than 100 capsules of 1:50 400 mg extract.
It takes 200 grams to make 1 gram of 1:200 extract and only 50 grams to make 1 gram of 1:50 extract.
These come in sealed bottles directly from Indonesia and are labelled, packaged, & shipped from them to me to you. I do not open the bottles or handle the capsules in any way.

How do I take Tongkat Ali?
You need to Cycle Tongkat Ali because the effects can build up in the system and your body may develop a natural tolerance to the dosage.
It is also a good idea to allow your body to normalize by taking periodic longer off cycles. What is right for me may not be right for you, so experiment to find what works best.
The suggested dosage is 600 mg to 1200 mg of 1:200 extract per day, cycled at 6 days of use to 3 days of non use, or 10 days use 5 days non use, etc
2 to 1 cycle, so for each two days of use, plan one day of non use
I take 1 capsule morning and 1 capsule afternoon of the 1:200 extract for 4 days and nothing the next 3 days. One bottle lasts me 3 months.
I am told that taking tongkat ali in the evening can cause mild insomnia in some people. Also beware that some people may react differently to dosages. I have no problem with large dosages but I understand that some do so it may be best to start with less at first.
It can take up to a week of taking Tongkat Ali before the body has retained enough to feel its effect.
