Damaged Item
If your item is received damaged, within 48Hours, contact our customer service department to get a RMA Number and we will E-mail you a retrun shipping label & file a FedEx or USPS claim for the damaged item(s). The following day, FedEx will make a 3 pickup attempts to bring the package back to their station for inspection (5-8 business days inspection time required from FedEx). A replacement is sent out immediately once the package arrives to our warehouse.
Defective Item
Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there are no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 25% restocking fee for the price of the item.
Lost In Transit
If a delivery confirmation states that your item has already been delivered, contact our customer service to file a lost claim with FedEx. FedEx will then start a trace on the package(5-8 Business days inspection time required for FedEx). FedEx will be in contact with you for further information if needed.
Receive Incorrect Item
If your item is received the wrong item, within 48Hours, contact our customer service department to get a RMA Number and we will E-mail you a retrun shipping label once we revise the item A replacement is sent immediately once the package arrives to our warehouse.
Purchase Wrong Item
We'll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less S&H & E-Bay Fee within 30 days of your purchase. All return items must be unused will requie a RMA Number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 14-18 days of returns and exchange to be process. |
