LOCAL PICK UP: Free, no shipping, however California sales tax applies
SHIPPING RATES: US Postal Service Parcel Post & First Class Mail. Rates vary depending on the shoe
SHIPPING & HANDLING HOURS: We prepare and ship packages everyday Monday – Saturday before 12:00 pm (PDT).
Please allow 2 – 3 days handling process for certain shoes. If your item is back order we will contact you letting you know the status of your item.
We use US Postal Service Parcel Post, 4 - 11 business days after seller receives cleared payment. We usually ship fast so it might take 3 – 5 business days. For California 2 – 3 days.

Priority Flat Rate Envelope : shoes will be shipped without the original box (No Box) Conformation number only ! No tracking information will be provided by the USPS for this shipping option . Will take 3-6 weeks for the item to arrive
First Class International Mail : items will be shipped with its original box . Conformation number only ! No tracking information will be provided by the USPS for this shipping option . Will take 3-6 weeks for the item to arrive
Priority International Mail Package : Item will be shipped with its original box. Tracking information will be provided for this service. Will take 1-4 weeks for the item to arrive
PAYMENT TIME: All payments for purchased items must be received and cleared within 3 days. If payments are not completed within that time we will cancel the transaction with no notice. Please be considered and let us know if your payment will take some time, we will understand.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Items can be return if the item has not been worn. IF YOU ARE RETURNING PLEASE INCLUDED YOUR EBAY ID AND YOUR REQUST
2. Refunds only apply to the value of the unused item. Original Shipping fees will not be Refunded
3. We are more then glad to exchange it if it has not been worn. Exchanges Customer pays for shipping it back to us and also us shipping it back to you.
