Pete Townshend is a legendary English guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and author best known as the guitarist of The Who. Pete writes, “These Doctor Martin hi-top boots were purchased by me ten years ago, maybe earlier, and
worn at many Who shows between 1996 and the present day. There are several photographs
of me wearing them on stage, some which will ne passed to the noble bidder….I
will have to buy, and wear in a a brand new pair of boots. Bloomin’ charities…”
