Unfortunately we are unable to offer any advice with regards to installation of Toshiba parts. Please note, we do not provide any instruction manuals etc. with our products, as this can vary from model to model.

For all Toshiba spares order, we require immediate payment during checkout. Therefore we only accept PayPal; this is the fastest and simplest way to pay for goods purchased on eBay.

We use either Royal Mail or UPS to delivery customer orders, the courier used depends on value, weight and size of the goods. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Items with a value of £10 or greater require a signature upon delivery. Any questions with regards to delivery, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us.

In order to comply with Distance Selling Regulations, we are happy to accept any unwanted items back within 7 days of receipt. All items must be unopened and in the original undamaged packaging. Should an item develop a fault within 28 days, you may return the item for a refund or exchange. All requests for returns must be made in writing prior to returning any items.

Any postage and packaging costs will not be refunded, and any return costs are at the buyers expense. Please note the above only apply to consumer purchases.

Any business related orders are not covered under the distance selling regulations, and therefore do not have a ‘cooling off period’. Please contact us with any questions you may have with regards to our returns policy.

CBC Computer Systems Ltd is a VAT registered business; we include VAT invoices with all orders. These can also be e-mailed over if requested. We also offer bulk discounts on all Toshiba parts, so please do contact us should you have any requirements.
