Shipping Note: STANDARD, ECONOMY, Expedited First Class & International shipping are done with the item in a bubble mailer or wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in an envelope or brown paper. If you want it shipped in a box, please select EXPEDITED PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING. International buyers email for the price of boxed shipping.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Customs charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
First Class International shipping does not include tracking, but it will be insured through our postage provider. Priority International & Express Mail each include tracking & insurance.
If the total value of your purchase is greater than $44.95, only Priority or Express Mail shipping options will be offered, no First Class. If the value exeeds $149.95, only Express Mail will be offered. If you live in one of the countries on our exclusion list, feel free to email us to request an exception. We will consider all requests, but will only offer Priority or Express Mail to those countries, for those we do approve.
SHIPPING will be USPS Mail unless otherwise requested. Delivery confirmation and insurance are included for domestic shipments. We generally ship daily, but cleared payment must be received by 1:30 pm Pacific Standard Time to ship the next day. We cannot ship the same day as purchase. If you have special time constraints, please email us prior to purchase to verify we can meet them. A $3.50 handling fee is charged for each auction to cover the costs of insurance, time and packaging materials. This handling fee is already included in the shipping calculator. The ship to address on your payment is the only address we will ship to. If you are shipping to someone else, please change the address during checkout. We will not change it for you after payment is made. If you are shipping to another address, you MUST ask for the correct shipping price before making payment.
We do not ship items "loose" or removed from the package unless that is already the stated condition of the item in the listing. We will not open and email online codes for online gaming toys. If the code is included in the item we are selling, we will ship you the item as listed, not just the code.
DROP SHIPPERS We always include a packing slip. We will not leave it out. If you are shipping to a third party, place include all information you need on the label in the address on the payment. We will not add anything to the label other than what you enter into the address at payment. If you are shipping to another address, you MUST ask for the correct shipping price before making payment.
COMBINED SHIPPING We are happy to offer combined shipping on most auctions, but not all. If you are bidding on or plan to bid on more than one of our items, please contact us IN ADVANCE to get a combined shipping estimate. In order to combine shipping, payment must be made in ONE (1) payment for all items won or purchased, and all auctions or purchases must be completed within 3 days of each other. Please wait for a combined shipping invoice before paying. Refunds will not be issued if you overpay because you did not wait for a combined invoice.
GIFT SERVICES We are happy to ship your gift items to anyone on your list, however, the SHIP TO address on your payment must be that of the gift recipient. We cannot change the shipping address after payment is made, nor can we respond to any requests to ship to a different address entered into the note area of the payment. We will only ship to the address in the SHIP TO field.
COLLECTORS We make no warranty regarding package condition. Some of our items may have spent time on a retail shelf others are case fresh. Even case fresh items often have creases & bends. New items are new in package, but the package may or may not be in good condition. If you are a collector, please note that we cannot check the condition of an item before shipping, and returns do incur a restocking fee.
PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept PayPal only. Payment is expected within 3 days of the end of the auction, or the item may be relisted. If payment is not made within 4 days, an unpaid item dispute will be filed automatically. California buyers will be charged sales tax.
