INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All international purchases are shipped via First Class International postal service. The positive about First Class International is that it is the most affordable means of shipping for international customers. The negative about First Class International is that the packages are not tracked and the postal service does not give a definitive delivery time. Depending on how far the item must travel and how long it is held in customs, delivery may take several weeks. Priority Mail shipping is 8 to 12 business days (not including any time held in customs).

Combined shipping: We do combine shipping charges if purchasing multiple items. The highest shipping charge will be charged first and the combined shipping charge for each additional item thereafter will be added. See "Shipping and Payments" tab for fees for additional items.
If an item is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or insufficient, or if the buyer refuses a shipment or does not pick up a shipment, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees to have it reshipped.
PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN CHECKING OUT.
In rare circumstances we may need to ship via a different carrier than listed. We will contact you if we need to change delivery methods. We try to keep these costs reasonable for you. Unless a listing requires you to pay immediately upon purchase you can go through the Buy It Now process for all of the items you want and then send us a request for an invoice. We will combine shipping charges for you on the invoice.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore if you receive your item and decide not to keep it, we accept returns of unused merchandise in original new condition within 14 days of receipt.

We will refund the price of the item less shipping and a 5% restocking fee. Buyer is to pay return shipping.
We must receive the items back in like-new condition before a refund will be given.
Requests for refunds without returning the item will be denied.
