Hot stuff! Authentic 1950s - early 1960s vintage cocktail dress. U shaped neckline. Double darted bust for flattering fit. Nipped in waist with inveted v front shaping - accentuated by piping. Soft gathers along front waistline of slim cut pencil/wiggle skirting. Center back kick pleat. Metal back zip closure. Matching bolero/overblouse has rounded neckline, cap sleeves, and button down back. Fabulous impressionist style floral print in aqua, turquoise blue, royal blue, lavender, pale pink, moss green, and brown. Made of silk - similar to a dull satin. Both pieces are fully lined with silk organza. Beautifully tailored + high quality!
Excellent condition. Has a small ( 1/4" long) blue spot on bodice. It blends into the print easy enough, and isn't visible when paired with bolero. May lift out with dry cleaning.
