15" Saluda Prototype Hand Hammered Dark Fusion Jazz Hi-Hats

This is a new set of 15" Saluda Prototype Dark Jazz, Fusion Hi-Hats. These are heavily hand hammered (top and bottom) in South Carolina. This is a prototype set of hats for a possible new, hand hammered series that Saluda Cymbals is working on. This is a fusion model with the 2 added holes on the bottom hat to reduce air lock and to give them a faster, more crisp sound.

The hats have a heavily, hand hammered finish with a beautiful design. The top hat is around thin in weight and the bottom hat is around medium-heavy in weight. These are nicely matched for a sweet, semi-dark, crisp, jazzy, warm sound.

The hi-hats are sweetly semi-dark and washy with a nice, light stick sound. These are jazzier style hats and will be greatly enjoyed for anyone who enjoys darker toned, crisp, jazzy hats!
