This Zenith VP2000 has a NEW STEREO STYLUS installed, and includes a copy of the Original User’s Manual.

 

This VP2000 has just been refurbished and serviced, and all electronics set to Zenith original standards by a retired CED Certified RCA electronic engineer.  This CED player gives a clear picture and sound!

 

Don’t throw your working SDTV away.  Rather, purchase a refurbished CED Player and some CED VideoDiscs, and enjoy the first Home Video technology ever developed.

 

The Zenith VP2000 is a monaural unit, and plays mono & stereo discs.  Input and output are coaxial.  I included a coaxial cable.   Features include manual load and unload, Visual Search forward and reverse @ 16 times playing speed, Blanked Search (Random-Access) forward and reverse @ 120 times playing speed, Pause, Play, Reject, Side indicator light, Digital Time Display, and Power On/Off.  The turntable is belt driven.  The unit plays with a clear picture and sound.  There is more than normal wear to the top of the case.  This player has a stereo cartridge (154100) installed in it.

 

This is a CED player, not a laser disc player.  I warrant the unit to be working on arrival, as long as no damage occurred in shipping.  Shipping insurance protects against damage in transit.  Contact me if the unit is not working on arrival, and I will replace it with a similar working player.  

 

Do not be fooled with a listing that says "worked last time I tried it", "It’s been in storage for 15 or 20 years", or "I do not have any discs to test it with".  Those players always need parts and service.  This CED player is serviced, tested, and it is working great, with a clear picture.  I guarantee this unit to work great for you.

 

For shipping, I wrap the player in bubble wrap and pack with peanuts.  I require shipping insurance, and add $4.50 ($12.00 international) for packaging and handling.  I prefer to ship with FedEx Ground, as they seem to handle the packages more gently.
