Payment:

Payment is Due at the close of the Auction or Purchase.  A bid or purchase is considered a contract and you are
required by eBay to follow through with the transaction.   Please contact us if there is a problem with payment.

DOA Warranty and Returns:

Item backed by DOA hardware warranty.  If Item fails to function as described, we will repair or refund your purchase price.  Any signs of abuse
or tampering will void this warranty.  Items returned that are not defective will be returned to buyer at buyers expense or refunded with a 15%
restocking fee deducted from refund amount.  Software and batteries are not covered or warranted.  If you have an issue, you are required to
contact us before returning the item for instructions.  No other warranties are expressed or implied.  Warranty does not cover consequential
damages, and is limited to the purchase price of this item.  All parts are tagged and serial numbers are recorded.  No partial returns will be
allowed.  Items must be returned, as shipped, with original box and packing.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping, however we do make
exceptions at our discretion.  For items that are stated as used parts tested or working pulls, no matter how much we test them, they are
used and can fail without warning, for this reason, we offer our customers this DOA warranty.
