The building is in good condition but does have some cosmetic faults such as the drainpipe clip has snapped or paint could do with touching up in places (these could easily be remedied) Comes with consumer unit, lighting and power points inside. Access is through single set of double doors. We are currently using this to cut strips of wood so inside is dusty, but this will be throughly cleaned prior to collection.
